Standard steel BBs don't feed well as far as I can tell. Tried Umarex (Hornady) precision steel bbs with poor results. Frangible lead (venturi air) is also terrible.
Overall: This Glock is amazing and definitely the most realistic C02 gun I've ever owned and I've owned quite a few. This Glock is absolutely worth the money.
I was very excited when I opened the package. The level of clarity and attention to detail is spot on. This is a FULL return not just a few cm or more, but completely realistic. I think I am one of the lucky few who got one of these Glocks that did NOT rattle at all!!!
The only thing I would change is how the c02 is charged. It is difficult to put the squeeze cap back on.

The trigger pill is very light and easy to trigger if you just take the free play of the trigger. This gun is an overpriced trap!
I've had mine for about 6 months and the internal hammer broke and the warranty has expired so I can't repair or replace it. Funny I think.

I recommend it to anyone! This is a great replica and has all the working parts of a real gun. I almost couldn't buy it because the fps is low, but it shoots faster than you think.
Pros: very accurate, great recoil, really realistic, easy to load CO2 and bbs, low fps, but you can't see the BB when you shoot.
Cons: Magazine tracking spring bends so I have to take the mag off and Co2 only lasts four mags

The Glock 17 shoots steel BBs at 350 FPS. It's not safe for other people to shoot. It is not strong enough to be used for hunting. You need at least 600-700 FPS to be an effective hunting gun.

After some serious planning and a lot of trouble I was able to mount an rmr safely. it required sanding the slide and changing the trigger, but it was well worth it. full project results: Vortex Viper 6 MOA, Olight PL-Pro, basket weave on the grip and custom milled ports on the front of the slide.

Hi, I have a few questions about this BB gun. In the specs it says "pellets" are required. Is it BB only or BB and pellets? If the latter, what weight pellets? Can you attack a laser or light with this weapon?
Hey josh I will only take .177 steel BBs and weight is not important but we recommend Hornady black diamond if you see plastic BBs let me know. And yes, you can attach a flashlight. I have a surefirex300 never tried the laser.

All steel, just heavier than my 9mm Glock. Keeps CO2 very high and strong shoots. At about 15 feet it can break through a folding steel seat and is very accurate.

The CO2 canister drains in about 30 seconds. I am not going to buy this gun and throw it away. After inserting a new CO2 cartridge, it continued to rapidly drain to empty. At first the CO2 lasted a few days. After shooting him in a few rounds, he now pours CO2 until it's empty. I wasted more CO2 on it than it was worth. I've tried everything, including oil drops, and nothing stops the co2 from emptying in under 1 minute, even if you pull it once. Look differently! This is pure garbage!
